Daniel J. Parisi is of counsel to TL Brill Parisi in London. Mr. Parisi has practiced immigration law since 2003, and has extensive experience with a wide range of business and employment-related immigration with a particular focus on waivers of ineligibility for people seeking to enter the U.S. who are inadmissible for criminal/personal reasons. He is a graduate of West Virginia University (1998) with a BA in International Relations and Foreign Languages; however he spent the majority of his undergraduate years in Europe where he became fluent in Spanish and French. In 2016, Mr. Parisi was named Outstanding Alumni in World Languages by West Virginia University. Mr. Parisi received his Juris Doctor from New York Law (2003) and, upon graduation was inducted into the Order of the Barrister (US) for excellence in oral and written advocacy.
Mr. Parisi speaks on issues of inadmissibility at several national and international conferences of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) and for other prestigious organisations. He has authored numerous publications on this topic for AILA and had his work featured in various legal publications. Mr. Parisi is currently the Chair of AILA’s Department of State Liaison Committee. Mr. Parisi is also included in the publication Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration. He has recently relocated to Brussels where enjoys singing and is a member of the International Chorale of Brussels and from where he enjoys catching the Eurostar back to our office in London. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
