Lynda Hagerty is a Partner and the Immigration Practice Manager with Tocci & Lee, LLC. She has been an Attorney with the firm since 2007. In her current role, she manages a wide range of corporate clients, from start-up companies to multi-national corporations, in various industries to secure temporary and permanent employment authorization for their employees. Ms. Hagerty also advises corporate clients on immigration policies and planning. Further, Ms. Hagerty has successfully appeared on behalf of clients before USCIS in adjustment of status and naturalization interviews.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hagerty was an Associate with a prominent Cambridge, Massachusetts business immigration law firm from 2002 to 2007. Ms. Hagerty is a cum laude graduate of both Suffolk University Law School (May 2001) and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (May 1995). She was admitted to the state bar of Massachusetts in January 2002 and is an active member of the New England Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Ms. Hagerty was a speaker on U.S. business immigration issues related to NAFTA at the New England AILA immigration law conference.
