Svetlana Spaic is a Partner with Tocci & Lee, LLC, specializing in business immigration law. Ms. Spaic has practiced immigration law since 2007 and has represented a diverse portfolio of clients on a wide array of immigration matters, including family and employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications. As an Immigration Attorney Ms. Spaic has worked with business and employment related immigration issues including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, O-1, J-1 Waivers (including Conrad Waivers), Religious Worker visas, PERM labor certification, EB-1, NIW, I-140 and I-360 Immigrant Petitions, as well as I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications. Prior to commencing her career in immigration law, Ms. Spaic worked in management and communications within the financial industry.
Ms. Spaic is a graduate of the Suffolk University Law School cum laude (2006). She was also awarded a Master’s degree in Management from Lesley University, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State College. Ms. Spaic is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”). Ms. Spaic served as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) Immigration Law Section Council from 2011 to 2014. She is admitted to practice in the state bars of Massachusetts and New York.
