Teresa Mohmand-Borkowska is an Associate Attorney at Tocci & Lee, LLC, focusing on business immigration law. Her comprehensive practice includes H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-3, TN visas, PERM labor certification, as well as I-485, Adjustment of Status Application.
Before joining Tocci & Lee, LLC, Ms. Mohmand-Borkowska practiced immigration law in Seattle, WA representing individual clients on various immigration matters, including non-immigrant visa applications and family-based immigration, and volunteered as a pro bono attorney for the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. Prior to developing her immigration law practice, Ms. Mohmand-Borkowska had a diplomatic career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland where she specialized in the European Union law. She also interned with the World Bank, Washington, DC.
Ms. Mohmand-Borkowska graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with distinction and served as a Fellow at Georgetown Institute of International Economic Law. Additionally, she earned a Juris Doctor’s law degree with distinction from the University of Warsaw, School of Law and Administration, Poland and completed European Studies at the University of Birmingham, UK.
Ms. Mohmand-Borkowska is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Associations (“AILA”) and is admitted to practice in the state bar of New York. She speaks Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and French and is a certified international privacy professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E).
