I-9 Compliance

Tocci & Lee advises companies, from small to large and across all industries, on compliance with the Immigration, Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). Under IRCA, employers may be subject to fines and penalties for knowingly hiring or continuing to employ persons who are unauthorized to work within the U.S. Tocci & Lee provides extensive training in all aspect of I-9 Verification, Re-verification, and E-verify procedures and compliance. Importantly, Tocci & Lee assists employers to develop internal I-9 procedures that are both compliant and integrated with existing HR business processes. Further, Tocci & Lee provides employers with detailed instructions and tools to enable them to conduct annual internal audits, correct forms, and manage verification procedures with ease.
