Mahmoud Hassan is an Associate Attorney with Tocci & Lee, LLC, specializing in employment litigation practice. Mahmoud advises and represents clients in matters concerning wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, as well as other employment matters. He works with T&L team members on a broad range of employment and business litigation matters, including matters pending before administrative agencies as well as in state and federal courts.
Mahmoud joined Tocci & Lee, LLC as a second-year law student at Suffolk University Law School and worked as a law clerk through the remainder of law school. He was an essential support in numerous employment matters, including crucial trial preparation. Having proven his acumen, he returned to the firm as an Associate Attorney upon his graduation.
Outside of work, Mahmoud enjoys traveling, is an avid soccer and football fan, and a particularly passionate fan of the Boston Celtics.
