Cary Gianoulis leads the firm’s litigation practice. His practice area encompasses a broad spectrum of employment and business litigation matters, representing individuals and businesses involved in both employment litigation (including an extensive gamut ranging from federal and state civil right violations to breaches of restrictive covenants and employment contracts) and general business/contract litigation (including 93A litigation) in state and federal court and in arbitration.
Cary is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who has acted as lead counsel in fifteen multi-day jury trials, and a multitude of court and administrative trials, evidentiary hearings, arbitrations and mediations.
Before joining Tocci & Lee, Cary was an Senior Associate with the Law Offices of Louis Haskell. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Cary earned his B.A. in English (magna cum laude) from Boston College (1988), and was awarded his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Suffolk University Law School (2000).
