Maysa Whyte is an Associate Attorney with Tocci & Lee, LLC, specializing in business immigration law.
Ms. Whyte is a recent law school graduate and in her last year she was a student attorney in an immigration law clinic focusing on labor deferred action, asylum, and a variety of visas. Simultaneously, she was an intern at a non-profit doing naturalization work. Ms. Whyte is passionate about immigration law—and learning all of its sectors—because it represents the intersection of human rights, justice, and opportunity.
Ms. Whyte holds a Juris Doctor with a concentration in International Law from Suffolk University School of Law (2024) and a Bachelors in Business Management with a concentration in Business Law from Boston University (2019). Ms. Whyte is fluent in Spanish.
