On Friday, April 24, attorney John Tocci provided an online presentation about the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).

Tocci’s presentation addressed some of the questions employers have about how to ensure compliance with the FFCRA, which became effective on April 1, 2020, and will remain in effect until December 31, 2020. The webinar also addressed issues relating to employee terminations, lay-offs and furloughs and the impact on unemployment benefits.
