Maryna D. Novi is a Senior Associate Attorney with Tocci & Lee, LLC, specializing in business immigration law. Ms. Novi joined the firm in 2016 and has been assisting local and multi-national corporations with obtaining temporary and permanent employment authorization for their employees as well as providing guidance on immigration-related compliance. As an Immigration Attorney, Ms. Novi has worked with business and employment-related immigration matters including H-1B, E-3, TN, L-1A/B, O-1, J-1, PERM Labor Certification, I-140 Immigrant Petitions (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3), and I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications. Prior to joining the Tocci & Lee team, Ms. Novi provided legal services in business litigation and strategy, family and probate law, family-based immigration, and naturalization matters.
Ms. Novi is a graduate of Massachusetts School of Law (2013). In addition, she obtained a Master’s degree in History and Legal Studies (2007) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (2005) from Kharkiv National Pedagogical University in Ukraine. Ms. Novi is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) and is admitted to practice in the state bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
