Jing Huang is an Associate Attorney with Tocci & Lee, LLC. Ms. Huang is passionate about helping clients navigate U.S. immigration laws, finding creative solutions that allow families and professionals to stay in the U.S. and assisting employers with hiring and retaining foreign national employees. Being an immigrant, Ms. Huang understands firsthand many of the issues and challenges that her clients face.
Ms. Huang is well-versed in a variety of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant case types. She guides clients through J-1 waiver, H-1B, L-1, PERM labor certification, immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status processes. She routinely represents individuals, small businesses, mature companies and not-for-profit organizations across a wide array of industries.
Ms. Huang is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Law degree from China Women’s University. Ms. Huang is a member of the state bar of New York. She is also admitted to practice in China.
Ms. Huang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
