Maryna D. Novi, a Partner at Tocci & Lee, LLC since January 2025, leads the firm’s business immigration practice. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has been instrumental in assisting local and multinational corporations with obtaining temporary and permanent employment authorization for their employees, as well as providing guidance on immigration-related compliance. Ms. Novi’s expertise encompasses a wide range of business and employment-related immigration matters including H-1B, E-3, TN, L-1, O-1, J-1, PERM Labor Certification, I-140 Immigrant Petitions, and I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications.
Prior to joining Tocci & Lee, Ms. Novi provided legal services in business litigation and strategy, family and probate law, family-based immigration, and naturalization matters. She is a graduate of Massachusetts School of Law (2013) and holds a Master’s degree in History and Legal Studies (2007) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (2005) from Kharkiv National Pedagogical University in Ukraine. Ms. Novi is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Massachusetts Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the state bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Ms. Novi is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, dancing, and spending time with her family, as she finds joy and inspiration in balancing her professional and personal life.
